Our Vintage audio guest books are genuine vintage telephones in perfect original condition that have been modified to operate as modern, state of the art audio guest books.

 

We have a small selection of genuine vintage dial telephones back from the PMG/Telecom days 

You can choose from the stunning 1963 Lacquer red model to a 1983 light ivory model, or even the fern green or mist grey, it's totally your choice!

Coming soon is a rare 1950's Ericofon in Crystal Mint, such an iconic telephone!

Imagine the conversations that have been had on these classics over the last 60 years!

They have old school charm and feel, unlike the reproduction audio guest books out there. They even have that old fashioned clunk of the handset when you hang up!

FAQ's

HOW DOES YOUR AUDIO GUEST BOOK WORK?

It's very simple, very old school. 

Here's how our telephones operate:

1. You simply pick up the handset and listen to the pre - recorded greeting.

2. After the old school BEEP, you leave a message, as short or long as you want.

3. Simply hang up to ensure the message is saved, that's it!

WHERE DO I PUT THE AUDIO GUEST BOOK?

The audio guest book is usually placed on the wishing well table along with a small personalised sign to attract & instruct guests to leave a message.

DO I RECORD A GREETING OR IS IT GENERIC?

A personalised greeting is pre-recorded by you and sent to us via email. It's as simple as recording a Voice Memo on Apple devices or Voice Recorder on Android/Windows.

 The greeting is then loaded onto the guest book before hand so there is nothing more you have to do.

WHAT ARE THE OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE GUEST BOOK?

The audio guest book must be under cover so it's not subjected to the weather & It needs to have a firm flat surface so it doesn't fall.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST AND WHERE DO YOU OPERATE?

As stand alone audio guest book hire, the cost is $320.

Hire starts from just $220 as an add on to a new or existing Photo Booth package.

HOW MANY MESSAGES CAN WE LEAVE?

How much time do you have? Unlimited messages can be left with no time limit.

There is no limit to the fun and conversation!

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Shellharbour, just south of Wollongong, a local home grown business.

We travel anywhere in the Illawarra, Southern Highlands & Shoalhaven.

Austinmer, Wollongong to the north. Sutton Forest, Bowral, Berrima, Moss Vale in the Southern Highlands. Nowra surrounds, Kangaroo Valley and Jervis Bay

There is a travel fee beyond these areas, contact us for a quote!

DO YOU PROVIDE A TABLE?

The audio guest book is usually set up on the Wishing well or gift table. We have a small range of vintage tables and telephone chairs coming soon to theme to you event if you wish. currently we have a stunning Queen Ann Telephone Chair with velvet seating for an additional $120

IS DELIVERY AND SET UP INCLUDED?

Yes, we hand deliver the audio guest book (and telephone chair/table if booked) to your venue on the day.

We then pick up the audio guest book after the event and send you through the audio messages the following day.

Conventional audio guest book hire usually involves delivery to your home address, someone to take it to your venue, unpack then set it up. You also have to pack it up at the end of the night and send it back to the supplier. You will then get your messages sent to you.

HOW DO WE GET OUR MESSAGES?

We email you a link to the audio messages the following day for you to share and download. We also send you a USB Drive with all the messages so you have a physical copy.

HOW DO WE PAY?

We accept payment via bank deposit or credit/debit card (small fee applies for credit/debit card). We require a $100 deposit to secure the booking and the final payment is not due until 2 weeks before your event. If you have a Photo Booth package booked with us, it is all included on the Photo Booth invoice making it one less thing you have to do!
